Digital Confidence Training

Get help for your community

The pandemic disrupted many familiar routines and the lack of social contact has meant that more people than ever have been left feeling isolated. It is increasingly important that all members of our community are given support to learn digital skills and become more confident online so that they can stay connected but according to research by Post Office Broadband, 39% of over 65s don’t feel confident using a smartphone.

Many organisation across Scotland are keen to tackle low levels of digital confidence. If you are looking for support to deliver training to your community group - Get in Touch! We will work with you to deliver a series of in-person sessions to your community.

We have developed our approach with a number of charity partners including Sparks and Voice of Experience. In the video above you can see some members of the Voice of Experience community talking about their experience in the Digital Confidence training programme delivered with the Sky Cares team.
